Leftover Turkey Stroganoff

¼ cup butter/margarine
½ cup chopped onion
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ pint sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups leftover turkey-cut into bite size pieces
Salt & pepper
2 Tablespoons flour
½ cup milk
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
4 cups cooked egg noodles

Sauté onion in the ¼ cup butter/margarine.  Add turkey pieces.   Season to taste with salt & pepper.  Add flour, milk and soup., mix  well.   Add  garlic powder, paprika and mushrooms. (Do not add sour cream and noodles.) Lower heat to a simmer and  cook for 10 minutes.  Just before serving, add sour cream.  Mix  well.   Serve over the cooked noodles. 

Cooked Ground beef can be substituted for the turkey.
